In-person appointment requirements.

Limited capacity: 1 person per household is allowed into the hospital for your visit. (Additional family members please remain in the car)
Face masks: while in the hospital, everyone must wear an appropriately positioned face mask. (The mask must always cover the nose and chin)
Screening: signs with screening questions will be posted to be reviewed by every person. We ask that anyone experiencing any of the symptoms listed refrain from entering the building and call us from the parking lot.
Curbside service: will be reserved for individuals that are unable to wear a face mask or individuals with a medical condition that requires social distancing.

Additional information:

Express food and prescription service: For faster service on prescription and food pick-ups, please call in your requests 24-48 hrs in advance. ** please note controlled drugs cannot be done through the express pick-up option**

Payments – making payments in advance will expedite your pick-ups. Keeping your credit card on file with us is an option that many clients are already using. **We use a secure credit card storage option through World Pay**
